Dr. Richard Horn is a licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist and is certified by the American Association of
Pastoral Counselors at the Fellow Level.  He works with
individuals, couples and families.  An ordained minister with
the United Church of Christ, Dr. Horn received his D.Min in
psychology and clinical studies from Andover Newton
Theological School in Massachusetts.  Previously, he was a
director of the Samaritan Counseling Center of South
Florida in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and the Executive
Director of the Samaritan Center of North Central Florida
in Gainesville, Florida.







A counselor with CareNet since 1989, Dr. Link is a Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional
Counselor. She provides counseling to adults, couples,
families and groups and specializes in the treatment of
anxiety and depression and family issues, trauma and grief
and vocational testing.  Certified by the American Group
Psychotherapy Association, she leads three therapy
Groups. Additionally, she has earned the Duke NonProfit
Management Certification and is a Fellow in the American
Association of Pastoral Counselors.

Jill W. Lackey, PCC, SPHR
Jill has over 25 years of human resources experience with
expertise in executive coaching, talent management,
employee relations, communication, leadership training and
organizational development.  Jill’s coaching experience
includes both business and life coaching.  

In addition to her coaching experience Jill has led
numerous cross-functional teams in the design and
implementation of performance management and employee
onboarding programs, succession planning processes, and
core values and cultural change efforts.  Her experience
includes designing and delivering leadership development
programs for corporate and non-profit organizations.  

Jill earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and
Business from East Carolina University and is a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She is a graduate
of Corporate CoachU and holds the Professional Certified
Coach designation (PCC) through the International Coach
Federation where she also serves as an ACC exam assessor.

Jill is an active member and ordained Deacon at Ardmore
Baptist Church in Winston-Salem where she teaches Sunday
School and children’s choir, and serves on the Personnel
Council.  She has chaired the church’s Servanthood
Development Team and served as the Vice-Chair of the
Finance Committee.  Jill also led the design and delivery of
Ardmore’s 13-week Leadership Development Program for  
lay-leaders which has become an annual program.
Annie Brown is a Pastoral Counseling Resident with CareNet
and is working towards becoming a Licensed Professional
Counselor.  Annie has earned a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling
from Campbell University.  She most recently served as
Minister of Music in her home church.  Previously, Annie
worked and trained in Counseling Services at Campbell as
well as in the State Mental Health System.  She was also a
CareNet Intern during her graduate studies at CareNet of
Harnett in Erwin, North Carolina.  Annie enjoys working
with adults and adolescents concerning depression, loss,
grief, marital concerns, life changes, and self-awareness.  
Annie has a particular interest in working with the elderly
population.
